Two children from Year 6 were chosen to go to Rotherham College of Art and Technology to pitch their idea for a product or service that would protect people, animals, insects or the environment. A lot of children showed great interest in the challenge and came up with some great ideas. Unfortunately we could only put one idea forward. Out of all the ideas put forward our STEM Mentor, Rebecca Coupe, who set up her own marketing business select the Dolphin Saver idea to be put forward. From 27 schools, four schools were selected to pitch their idea to a panel of judges at RCAT. The two children gave a 10 minute presentation and answered questions from the judges. They did extremely well and we are all very proud of them.
