Our class novel this term is 'The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe'.
The classroom has been transformed into a winter wonderland with a mysterious wardrobe and a lamppost in the book area.
We have met a faun called Mr Tumnus who has introduced us to the land of Narnia. Although he seems to think we have come from the land of Spare Oom around the bright city of War Drobe.
To remember this exciting experience we have written a diary entry of our discovery and displayed them in our own wardrobes on our Novel Study display board.
As the story developed the children discovered how spiteful Edmund could be. As a result, the children wrote Agony Aunt letters to ask for advice on how to deal with the awkward situation.
As time went on Aslan made an appearance and is now beginning to re-gain power over Narnia. The snow has gone and the classroom is turning into Spring with Flowers sprouting from the wardrobe. After Peter's first battle what is in store for the White Witch? Will Narnia ever be the same again?
